As The Old Saying Goes, "Most People Don’t Plan To Fail, They Simply Fail To Plan" In Other Words, They Have Not Done Their Homework....They Do Not Have A System....

Then We Analyze The Prior MLS Data Sheet For Possible Reasons Why The Property Did Not Sell. (Doing Our Homework)
An Example....Just Recently, We Had Spoken To A Client Who Scheduled An Appointment With Us After His Home Had Expired With His Current Realtor. He Explained That A Friend Had Recommended The Realtor. He Indicated That The Realtor Had Never Bothered To Communicate With Him At All....In Analyzing The MLS Sheet, We Found Three Errors: 1) The MLS Sheet Had The Wrong School System (Major Concern Among Many Buyers) 2) The Town Was Incorrect, And The Kicker, 3) There Was A Full Basement In The Home But It Was Not Documented In the MLS Information! Oh Well.....I Wonder Why The Home Had Not Sold?
